Chocolate fudgy brownies

- 1 cup organic all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (4oz.) package organic semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 1 cup organic butter
- 1 1/2 cups organic cane sugar
- 3 large organic eggs
- 1 tsp. organic vanilla
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9×13-inch pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and salt; set aside. In a large, microwaveable bowl, melt baking squares and butter. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add in dry mixture 1/3 at a time. Mix until just combined after each addition. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool completely.
